Amit KasliwalFounder & CEO
For over a decade, Amit climbed the corporate ladder at top firms, but success came at a cost—he felt disconnected from himself. A turning point came during his Executive Program at INSEAD, where he was introduced to the transformative power of coaching. It wasn't just a career shift; it became his ikigai. Witnessing his own evolution from a corporate executive to a TEDx speaker and leader, Amit realized that coaching could unlock human potential where it was needed most.
His journey wasn't a straight line. Starting with seminars and workshops, he noticed a critical gap: the insights people gained faded once they returned to the daily grind. Determined to make coaching accessible and lasting, he pivoted to technology. After navigating early failures and relentless iteration, he built Dehurdle—measuring the sweet spot between AI personalization and human expertise to help others find the clarity he once sought.
Vishal VermaCo-Founder & CTO
Vishal’s journey began with a spark during his first day at IIT Delhi, where he was challenged to be a "job creator, not just a job taker." This philosophy drove him to explore everything from robotics to physics, building MVPs for early-stage startups and learning the hard lessons of execution through his own ventures. Deeply moved by tragedies during the pandemic, he dedicated three years to Civil Services preparation, a path defined by resilience and a desire to serve society.
Though health challenges redirected his path, his passion for social impact remained unshaken. Meeting Amit marked the perfect convergence of Vishal’s technical depth and his drive to do meaningful work. Drawing from firsthand experience in the corporate world and a multidisciplinary background, Vishal now architects Dehurdle’s intelligence engine, building the solution he once wished existed, to empower individuals at scale.
